Our goal in designing the "Freedom Jacket" was to honor all the heroes of the 11th of September. The design of the jacket is both Patriotic and yet fosters a continuing sense of pride, in all of us as a community. We think that all people of good character will want to share in that SPIRIT OF BROTHERHOOD that emenated from Ground Zero.

Though only a jacket made of leather, we believe the jacket can be a symbol of both; our darkest moment and yet brightest hour as a people.

The back of the Jacket has the now famous photo of the FDNY firefighters hoisting the Flag. The image represets the hope of all "Freedom Minded People" that the flag is still there.

The back-ground of the photo shows sections of the World Trade Center still standing. It is believed that these sections will be preserved as part of a memorial park dedicated to the Heroes of September 11th.

There is a dedicated label in the jacket, In addition there is a patch sewn into the inside pocket which states "On the 11th of Sept. 2001 All Americans became New Yorkers.
New York Thanks you America"

We believe from the support received from around the World on that fateful Day, All people became New Yorkers.
